I can't come for you myself if you're reading this. I'm sorry I couldn't keep you safe like you deserved I should have known when he started looking at you the way he did at me but someone else can. Wherever she finds you, go with Penny. She's much more than she looks, I promise you that! Believe everything she says and don't stop for anything. Leave the back room alone. None of that matters. We already know how this is going to end, and I don't want you to die for someone who's only ever used you.

Please let this count for something if you love me like I do you. Penny'll protect you until you're somewhere safe, and after that- please. Use your guts and your voice and make yourself who you really want to be. Whoever it is, I'll be proud of you.

I'm sorry I lied to you and said we were going back to Remnant. It might have been nice, starting over, but it doesn't look like we get to. Even if I can't go with you- when you go get her, don't worry about looking for keys or anything like that, just kick the doors open. If you have to go to that secret room I showed you, don't look around in there. Get her and get out.

I guess I'm still relying on you even though it should be the other way around. But that's who you are, isn't it? Whether you were a robot or a human, you would want to protect others. It doesn't matter what you're made out of, because whatever it is is part of the purest soul I've ever met. Wherever you go after this, whatever you fight for, people will be lucky you're there. Thank you for everything. Even if you think you could have done more for me, none of this is your fault. What you've done is enough.

Whatever happened, don't blame yourself. I'm sorry I hid behind people like you and Penny for so long and put the burden of protecting me on you. I know you don't want letters, but you still need to know this, and there probably won't be enough time between us for you to find out on your own.

Do you know, I'm jealous of you? If we'd met anywhere but here I wouldn't have known that, I would have just thought you were a troublemaker. You still are, but that isn't bad. Sometimes, you have to make trouble- I wish I'd known that at your age. If you're fighting what I think you are, keep doing it so people like me others stay safe.

I never told you, but I understood why your brother did what he did. Please don't feel guilty. We all do- we all wonder why we were left behind, but don't. Take advantage of what he gave you instead.

You're probably taking this well or you're pretending to, so I'm going to be selfish. Even if Saber is everything you've told me he is, he's still the lucky one because he's found someone as devoted to him as you are. Even if he's always on your mind, don't shut your feelings off when they don't have to do with him. You deserve to live and to grow up for yourself, not somebody else.

You don't know how much you've opened up for me. You didn't have to keep trusting me after everything you heard, but it doesn't matter if it can't be unsaid. You've made me laugh, share secrets I was afraid of anyone ever knowing, think hard about what my place really is in this world, and the idea of not having met you and continuing down the path I'd been on scares me almost as much as dying. I wish I could have supported you more with everything that you've taken on here- if I had known what to do, I would have done anything I could.
